Would you prefer to stay at a hotel/motel or camp while on vacation?

I prefer to stay at a hotel, because it is more comfortable. You can eat a lot of food and different drinks.

The hotels have different activities for the people, it is more expensive, but to me it is better a hotel than go camping.

In the summer I visit the Fiesta Hotel, I like the bedrooms so much and bathrooms are very luxurious.

Also, the food is very delicious; for example, the desserts are very very delicious. There are many activities to enjoy with the family.

Last year, I went camping, I did not like it because the place was not beautiful, it had many mosquitos.

I think the hotel is better to rest on vacation and enjoy with my friends and family.

Food

Do you prefer junk food to homemade food?

I prefer homemade food, because it is more healthy, yhe junk food has many things that affect our body.

At home you can make many kinds of food, for example; salads, desserts and delicious dishes. I like to cook the famous "olla de carne", because it has many vegetables.

When I go to the University I prefer to wait to eat home, my mom cooks very well, she cooks delicious "picadillos".

The junk food is very popular for example; Macdonalls. These restaurants cook good, but is expensive and it is  not good as the homemade.

We should est more at home than in the famous restaurants and it is good for our economy.

Writing Task 3

In the morning I saw a girl walking next to me, she was carring a big bag, I thought the bag had too much money, because she was very excited. Then, she needed to cross the street. Suddenly, a man stole her bag, he was a thief and was wearing black t-shirt and black jeans. The girl called the police very scared, the money was to pay her house and luxurious cars.
While,  she was waiting for the police, the thief escaped.
Finally, the police asked me many questions about the crime. I was the only person that saw the thief. so I was the eyewitness. It was very interesting.

What do they mean?

Time is money

Our city is very small, but It has many people. The people work to have money, so the time is very important to do the things. For example, someone that works more hours, earns more money.

This is the reason why the people, always are running. San José is a place where the people work all day.

The money does not grown on the trees

The money is very important for our life, with the money you can have many things, for example, luxurious cars, big house and many facilities. But to have a lot of money, you have to work very hard. Some people study to have more facilities with their future. The money is not free, some children think the the things are easy to get, the true is that it is not.

Question 5

  I prefer to work outside, because I do not like to work in an office. I am studying to be engineer, some engineers work outside. I am gonig to work in companies that are in natural places. For example, La Fortuna and Guanacaste.

  In an office the people have more stress and problems with your health. Work in the ICE is a good option because this company works in places like La Fortuna and Guanacaste.

  The offices are places in places like San José, so there is pollution and too many sicknesses. I wish to work in La Fortuna all my life.
